• Working principle

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relatively at a certain speed ratio. The material from the feeding port is clamped, brought into the roll gap and thereafter squeezed and sheared by the rotors. After passing through the roll gap, the material meets the “W”-shaped cuspidal edge of the mixing chamber and is divided into two parts which return to the upper part of the rotors along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors respectively. Under certain pressure and temperature, the material is strongly sheared and mixed inside a closed mixing chamber, so that the formula material is fully dispersed and plasticized to achieve the best effect.
